8. Delivery Policy
As standard, all items are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class post. If requested we will send items using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, Next day delivery before noon which needs to be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the item during normal business hours. If any special needs are required, please contact us directly. The above posting arrangements are applicable to the mainland UK, Northern Ireland and IOM only. For The Irish Republic and any other destination we generally use Fastway or a similar courier. Outside of UK and Ireland can be priced directly. Any orders received after 4.30pm will automatically be deferred to the next working day with no exceptions.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Patterson Agency Ltd's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Northern Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We also require that you inform us in writing no later than 5 days prior to an event that you will be requesting a return or refund.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In the case of event cancellation after a product has been despatched Patterson Agency Ltd cannot be held responsible for any refunds. If an event is cancelled before product despatch, a full refund will be given less any reasonable costs deemed applicable at the time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
