Please ensure you select the correct option, ie notes with DVD and standard 1st class post or Notes and DVD with Courier etc. Delivery etc to the UK, N Ireland and I.O.M will be sent using Royal Mail's first class post or by Courier for next day delivery. On-Line orders processed after 4.30pm will automatically be deferred to the next working day. Working days are Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm. UK Courier services must be placed by 3.00pm. Notes. As standard all items are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class post. If requested we will send items using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, Next day delivery before noon which needs to be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the item. If any special needs are required, please contact us directly. The above posting arrangments are applicable to the mainland UK, Northern Irelandand IOM only. For The Irish Republic and any other destination we generally use TNT or a similar courier which can be priced directly.
