Competitor Updates:
There has been a late change to the route through the Sweet Lamb Bowl just after the start of stage 3. It is not possible within the available time frame to produce new notes for this small section (a couple of hundred yards). It will be a matter of studying the map and then following the arrows through the bowl. It is in any case all pretty well in line of sight. The notes can then be picked up at the water splash exiting the bowl. Please find layout attached.
Apologies for this, but the reason for this change is beyond the control of both the organisers and ourselves.
Another Amendment
It would appear that you are now going over the grid at junction/post 12 in stage 4 and not through the posts as stated in the notes. This grid is ‘on the line’ and should present no problem.
